Order Fulfillment

All orders are produced and shipped by a third-party fulfillment provider. Production begins shortly after an order is placed.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be changed or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order enters production, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to production schedules, carrier delays, or destination. Tiger Tees is not responsible for delays once an order has been shipped.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unworn, and in original condition.

Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items (shipping)

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide photo documentation for review.

Sizing & Product Variations

Please note that slight variations in color, size, or placement may occur due to the production process. These variations do not qualify as defects.
